The pool is disappointingly small, more of a splash zone than a swimming option. The breakfast hours end too early at 9:30 AM, which doesn’t cater well to late risers. Right outside the premises, the beach is cramped with boats and persistent vendors, making a peaceful walk a challenge. Loud entertainment continues late into the night, disturbing the peace.

My family and I enjoyed 11 incredible nights in the Deluxe Standard room, with each day filled with spacious rooms and delicious meals. The hospitality of the staff was absolutely top-notch, making our experience feel personalized with every smile and thoughtful gesture. The beach area was a beautiful paradise, and we couldn't have asked for a more tranquil setting to unwind.

Staying at Kendwa was a delight. The beach was stunning, right at my doorstep with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. I appreciated the variety of optional activities like Swahili lessons and beach walks that kept me engaged. The private dinner organized by Peter near the beach was the highlight, so romantic and beautifully arranged. the room I had was a bit smaller than expected, which could be improved for comfort. Another minor inconvenience was the Wifi. it worked well enough for streaming but wasn’t the best for heavy downloads. I had a lovely time and felt well taken care of by the attentive staff.
